Credit and Collections Analyst Milwaukee,WI Full Time Medical, Dental, Vision, Tuition Reimbursement, 401k match, Pet Insurance, Flexible Spending Account Responsibilites: The C/C Analyst role is to perform credit and collection duties as per departmental guidelines. Improve cash flows while mitigating risk. Apply departmental policies and ensure they are adhered to. Liaise with Credit & Collection Director/Assistant Credit Manager on a daily basis. All other related duties. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following: Perform collection calls on delinquent accounts. Account reconciliations. Client correspondences. Communicate billing issues to appropriate departments. Follow-up on unresolved issues within a short timeframe. Elevate credit concerns to the Credit & Collection Director promptly. Manage client credit limits to ensure accounts remain within set limits. Collect and maintain client credit files as per departmental requirements. Ensure compliance with both corporate and GAAP criteria. Promptly reply to client requests for invoice copies, statements or other documents. Review and send monthly statements to the client base.QualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED Candidate should Enjoy Collections. 4-5 yrs of B2B collection & credit experience in a manufacturing/ service/technical field. SAP experience Excel intermediate level Nonetheless, they must have a basic understanding of accounting. A solid work ethic and a can-do attitude will be essential as the individual often schedules their own day with minimal supervision. The candidate must be capable of coordinating with internal and external colleagues to resolve complex issues when needed. The candidate must be able to adapt to an evolving corporate structure.
