Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

Responsible for capturing, analyzing and recording the functional processes of the Service Information Management System (SIMS) while working to drive continuous improvements in the SIMS platform. Develop a library of process diagrams, system requirements and analytic reports to assist in maintaining and enhancing the SIMS platform. Capture, maintain and manage SIMS system requirements using meeting facilitation, periodic status reporting, and project information/documentation management. Work with business stakeholders & technology teams to estimate and manage project budget. Develop and maintain models of business requirements. Design business process flows, use cases/scenarios and/or procedures. Guide SIMS developers to build high quality software modules. Design and develop SIMS analytics dashboards and reports based on the SIMS business requirements. Work with SIMS Operations Lead to drive continuous improvement in the SIMS platform functionality. Comply with the Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required. Support compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before completing Design Outputs/Program Deliverables. Identify and escalate process and product quality gaps, provide solutions when possible.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Development, or Business, and 7 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor's degree experience in a related occupation required. The position also requires: 7 years professional experience in software development setting; 2 years experience with Business analysis or requirements analysis; and 1 year experience with systems engineering fundamentals.
