Job Description

Job Role: Service Engineer III

Location: Waukesha, WI

Duration: 7 Months


Job Description:

The Lead Service Engineer role has responsibility to drive Design for Service (Installation, Calibration, Serviceability, Preventive Maintenance, Service Features, Remote Troubleshooting) for MR products, playing a critical collaboration with engineering and service.

Activities include developing service procedures by having a clear understanding of customer and field team needs; driving service productivity; performing service validation, providing support to manufacturing and field issues.



Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Science or equivalent
  • 4 years relevant work experience
  • Excellent teamwork, coordination, influencing and communication skills
  • Ability to develop timely and effective solutions for challenging design problems

Quality Specific Goals:

  • Aware of and comply with the Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
  • Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
  • Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required

Desired:

  • Master's Degree in Engineering/Science
  • Broad exposure to HW/SW/Systems design, and technical depth in one or more engineering disciplines (Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical, etc.)
  • Project leadership experience within an engineering, manufacturing, or research environment
  • Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-task
  • Ability to develop unique concepts/solutions for complex projects
  • Experience in Field Service for Medical Devices
  • Knowledge of MR products
  • Knowledge of engineering tools and processes
  • Knowledge of the Quality Management System
