The Mold Engineer will complete the mold engineering necessary for given constraints and specific customer blowmolder. This includes but not limited to, understanding the different types/functions of the molds, documenting engineering in a clear manner, communicating with German colleagues on a regular basis, and understanding the entire blow molding process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A 4-year College Engineering degree or equivalent experience in the Blow Molding Technology and Packaging industry is preferred. For candidates without packaging industry experience, Krones Inc. will provide the necessary training at both Krones USA and Krones Germany. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail and organization skills are required. Must understand UDFS in NX and bottle types. Occasional travel is required. SAP skills are a bonus.
