**Job Description Summary** As a Value Stream Transformation Leader you will perform engineering responsibilities associated with the manufacturing process. You will perform departmental operations planning and execution through established policies monitoring of end results for quality and volume of manufacturing timelines. That's because we never lose sight of what healthcare really needs-the human touch. **Job Description** **Roles and Responsibilities** + Establish production processes to validate design specifications including tooling and equipment requirements in manufacturing of new products, tools, or equipment. + Develop solutions to address manufacturing processes, technical experience, and analytical utilizing internal and external resources. + Serve as subject matter expert for team. Lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements as needed. Identify topics and develop processes for team that address performance expectations, challenges, and sensitive issues. + Adhere to company policies, procedures, and protocols, to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met; ensure documentation of all work performed is captured. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related technical degree and 3+ years' experience OR Associates Degree and 5 years' experience OR High School diploma with 7 years of experience in production, engineering or troubleshooting **Desired Characteristics** + Demonstrated ability to identify & implement best practices + Demonstrated project and resource management skill + Experience with Kaizen, 3P and Lean Production + Demonstrated troubleshooting, analytical and planning skills Our total rewards are designed to unlock your ambition by giving you the boost and flexibility you need to turn your ideas into world-changing realities.
