Successful candidates will be responsible for the strategic project management of new and existing products including product design and development.

Key Tasks

• Perform project management duties utilizing Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) guidelines
• Product design and development
• Prepare APQP documentation (e.g., DFMEA, process flow chart, PFMEA, and control plan)
• Create and perform design of experiments (DOE)
• Generate product improvements and/or cost reductions
• Prepare cost calculations including feasibility reviews
• Assist sales and/or quality with design issues
• Prepare bills of material (BOM) and/or routings
• Prepare and process engineering change requests (ECR's)
• Prepare and/or modify engineering models/drawings or specifications
• Develop and complete business plan objectives within designated timelines
• Ensures compliance with the Quality System requirements
• Develop and work with vendors to support project needs
