Job Description
Salentine Pump & Equipment is looking for experienced Industrial Equipment sales professionals to service multiple Territories in Wisconsin.  

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Solicit new business and grow established accounts within territory of responsibility
  • Utilize technical knowledge to demonstrate opportunities for process equipment improvements
  • Build relationships with Engineering Managers, Maintenance Managers, and Purchasing Managers
  • Create and execute on short term and long term sales plans related to revenue and market share growth 
  • Make product selection, prepare proposals, and process orders for customers in your designated territory
  • Grow technical knowledge of product through Vendor training and self directed education of the markets and new technologies
Preferred Experience
  • 1-3 years of Business to Business Sales Experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Business or Engineering Fields
  • Analytical Problem Solving Skills
  • Ability to travel throughout Territory
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Thorough product knowledge of Pump and Process Equipment
