Job Description
DescriptionThe Uniform Security Guards primary responsibility is to provide a professional presence at client sites to deter unwanted incidents, while also practicing exceptional customer service skills to both the client as well as customers.Job Duties* Perform general security duties at the client site such as observing, documenting, and reporting suspicious activities* Maintain visibility to deter unwanted incidents and observe the premises* Provide great customer service to both the client and customers* Comply with client's specific post orders which include, but are not limited to patrolling the site and/ or standing at the entrance* Patrolling the parking lot for suspicious activity* Delivering bills to guest's rooms* Perform nightly walks through first and second level of site* Assess situations quickly and follow proper protocol* Observe and prepare written reports of incidents* Other duties may be required or assigned by managementJob Requirements/ Qualifications* Third shift work is required* Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays* Clear criminal background and able to qualify for a Wisconsin Security License* Ability to maintain exceptional attendance and punctuality* Must abide by required grooming standards* Must understand and comply with all client rules and regulations* Must have reliable transportationBenefits* Holiday and Vacation Pay* Weekly Paychecks* Free Uniforms and Equipment* Paid Orientation and Training* Breckpoint MEC Health Insurance* Employee Referral Program* Aflac Dental, Short-Term Disability, and Accident InsuranceWho we areEstablished in 1971, Security Personnel Inc.
