This individual will give comprehensive support to the Customer Service, Growth and Engineering teams within Consumer Solutions. As an integral member of a phenomenal team, you will support areas including: talent management processes, recruiting / staffing, compensation, benefits administration, HR process standardization, simplification, and administration, legal compliance, policy / procedure administration, and employee relations. You will also manage and lead the Intern Program within two Business Units.You will:* Participate in a variety of HR processes such as such as organizational development, team effectiveness, performance management, staffing, training initiatives, career development, compensation and positive employee relations.* Partner with hiring managers on recruitment process, including identifying available openings, reviewing applicants, scheduling and participating in interviews, preparing offers, and scheduling pre-employment testing.* Identify and implement processes to improve capability in leaders, managers, and employees through training and development initiatives.* Provide guidance on performance management and career development. Identify, develop, and implement talent processes to improve employee development.* Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute employee relations issues including but not limited to disciplinary matters, dispute and investigations, and conflict resolution.* Build engagement through all levels of the organization and resolve employee concerns effectively.* Partner with HR team on employee data transactions so that employee leaves, payroll and benefit administrations are accurate and timely.* Manage HR administrative processes related to timekeeping (Kronos), payroll processing, leave management, benefits administration, HRIS data entry & maintenance, etc.* Lead the Intern and Co-Op program (recruiting, development, and coordination of program events, etc.).* Manage local labor compliance requirements.Key Qualifications:* Have earned at least a Bachelor's Degree (B.A.,B.S.) or equivalent in human resources, business or related field.* Have 4+ years of experience in human resources with demonstrated understanding of employment laws, human resources theory, practices and legal requirements to act as a subject matter expert to business groups, including 1-2 years Generalist experience.* Have experience using an HRIS system (i.e. Workday or other equivalent)* Be able to work independently while handling multiple projects.* Be able to deal with employees at all levels and maintains good employee relations.TravelThis position will require <10% domestic travel.Pentair is an Equal Opportunity Employer#LI-TODiversity and Inclusion:With our expanding global presence, cross-cultural insight and competence are essential for our ongoing success.
