More information is available on the Internet at www.bradycorp.com.Position Summary: The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will focus on providing market, customer and data insights to Brady Corporation's North American IDS business unit. This role will manage the data aggregation and visualization used to identify customer, product, and market trends and insights that support sustained profitable growth for Brady. In addition, the analyst will maintain key metrics to enhance business understanding of current performance and provide forecasting solutions. This role interacts closely with all areas of the business, including regional and global personnel throughout Product Management, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, IT and Management.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Assist with data cleansing, mining, visualization and program development across a variety of data platforms* Identify, test, document, and implement improvements to data reporting systems and processes through partnerships with IT and other stakeholders* Assist with defining and maintaining business rules and governance for data* Perform analysis to identify opportunities and risks in support of business case development for Sales* Gather information to assist in identifying customers' needs/usage patterns and assess optimal target segments and sub-segments* Build and maintain KPI dashboards to disseminate information used by internal customers to measure/track results, identify and target sales opportunities* Maintain a conversational knowledge of the product lines within Brady* Perform customer, market, or product specific ad-hoc analysis on complex data sets* Project manage analysis requests and needs for sales with the broader sales operations data team* Process key data sources (financial, CRM, ad hoc) to build meaningful insights supporting sales initiatives* Integrate reports, audits, and processes in various Business Systems* Maintain a conversational knowledge of the product lines within BradyRequired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities* Bachelor's Degree in a technical, financial, or mathematics field* Minimum of 3 years experience in data analytics, financial analytics or pricing* Good business acumen with some basic accounting knowledge* Demonstrated ability to lead complex analysis that involves integrating data from disparate sources both internally and externally* Experience leading projects in a matrix organization* Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively within a team and across processes, as well as with senior management* Strong ability to influence* High level of self-direction and ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlinesDesired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities* MBA or master's degree in a quantitative field* Related experience in the following areas: financial analysis, supporting the strategic planning process, forecasting, and budgeting* Experience with SAP, Power BI or other visualization tools* Demonstrated proficiency leading people
