Job Description
WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB //The primary focus of this position is to support the maintenance of the Human Resource's ATS system (iCIMS) in addition to other systems used within the team. This position serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.As the HR Systems Analyst, you'll provide system support and analysis as well as facilitate in leveraging technology solutions to meet the needs of the HR Department and users of HR information systems. The position leads, evaluates, analyzes, designs, and implements projects. You'll also have the opportunity to make alterations and configurations to systems and gather requirements from end users while acting as a liaison between vendor technical support and GMR Marketing.An ideal candidate welcomes constant change in driving projects which keep the agency safe and supports our talent. This is someone who can be strategic and inventive, as well as excellent at tactical implementation and operational excellence.YOUR IMPACT //* Responsible for driving continuous improvement and compliance for human resources programs and processes.* Create and own the day to day management of systems and processes around employee data and HR compliance with a high degree of accuracy and security.* Exercise project management skills to lead and/or oversee multiple projects while keeping focus on what is important vs. what is urgent.* Maintain the HR project list by liaising with HR Business Partners, Recruitment, and cross functional team leads across the agency.* Translate complex information in an understandable and compelling manner.* Manage and utilize the HRIS to promote accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.* Review and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of existing HR processes and recommend improvements or actions as appropriate.* Document best practice HR processes to help drive standardization across the agency.* Proactively stay up to date on industry trends and developments by constantly researching and recommending best practices as appropriate.* Work on special projects as needed.WHAT WE NEED //* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.* 3+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment.* Strong background and passion for project management and process improvement.* HR Information Systems knowledge such as iCIMS, ADP, Success Factors, etc. preferred.* Ability to balance a commitment to excellence with urgent and effective action.* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to effectively communicate data findings.* Demonstrated proficiency with Office Suite software including Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.* Creative thinker who challenges conventional solutions.
