Job DescriptionThe Global Corporate Trust (GCT) Market Development Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing Corporate Trust clients within a designated market. This relationship management job family may be utilized in any of the Corporate Trust revenue lines of business throughout the organization and specific duties may be dictated within each GCT business. Functions include supporting market revenue growth by consulting on optimal investment solutions and pricing; developing and executing strategic customer calling program for identification of repeat and new business opportunities, as well as plans to leverage industry conferences and other marketing activities; driving product conversations with existing clients and partner with internal U.S. Bank business groups to introduce bank products and services; collaborating with Business Development Officers on Requests for Proposal (RFP) responses as needed; performing demos on client facing technology, as applicable; achieving revenue growth or market share goal for assigned market; tracking, reviewing and approving liquidity/investment pricing. Primary focus of role is on day-to-day operational execution of plans for top revenue generating accounts for retention and key clients for growth.Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience- 10 or more years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills/Experience- Thorough knowledge of the applicable trust line business, or related financial services business, its products, processes, and related bank and regulatory regulations- Thorough knowledge of corporate trust and investment instruments- Strong management skills to include planning, budgeting, and people management- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills as well as effective written and verbal communications- Ability to communicate quickly with clients to resolve client issues and disputes
