Job Description
$1,000 Bonus will be paid after 6 months of employment and meeting the expectations of the position.* Responsible for the implementation, growth and analytics of Digital Banking platform as well as the growth of the Cash Management department and maintains knowledge of various mobile systems,.* Owns benchmarking of the retail business line and evaluation of the multichannel impact on sales, engagement, and return on investment.* Provides daily, monthly, and quarterly reports. Coordinates weekly and monthly team statistical reporting.* Plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of assigned projects. Work closely with Senior Vice President, Retail Director to ensure that the scope and direction of assigned projects are on schedule.* Develops strong working and collaborative relationships with internal partners.* Keeps abreast of new products/services and changes to existing products/services and provides guidance for continuous improvements for the business line* Provides support in research and resolution of internal and external problems and inquiries. Resolve customer concerns from end to end of project.* Implement appropriate vendor and resource management strategy to meet business objectives; as well as maintain and negotiate Service Level Agreements.* Collaborate with Marketing to develop and integrate scorecard program within applications, create call lists, and work to match products with targeted markets* Work with Branch Operations Manager to write high quality, clear, and actionable procedures pertaining retail banking, including mobile and digital banking applications.* Perform other duties as assigned.Certifications, Licenses, RegistrationQualificationsExperienceRequired* 0 - 2 years related experience in a banking environment preferable* 1 - 2 years progressive responsibility, knowledge and exposure to business analysis and data analysis* Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint developmentEducation* Bachelor's degree in math, accounting or finance or related discipline or the equivalent combination of education and work experience.Working conditionsN/APhysical requirementsPhysical Demands: The physical demands described here represent those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential job roles.
