Job Description
SKYGEN USA is open to considering Project Manager and Senior Project Managers for this opportunity. Please see requirements below regarding level of experience required.What will YOU be doing for us? Responsible for organizing, initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing out projects both internal and external client facing within the established timeframe.What will YOU be working on every day? Lead and manage multiple large scale high profile, external facing corporate projects simultaneously while effectively managing scope, schedule, quality, resources and risk.Lead on-site high profile client meetings to scope out the overall end to end project.Define and manage project scope, goals and risk to provide guidance and direction throughout project lifecycle.Develop full scale project plans and ensure understanding and follow through on all deliverables throughout all project lifecycle phases including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and close out.Assess and analyze business requirements to guide through design and delivery of technical solutions, including regulatory requirements where applicable.Facilitate communication and solutions through various mediums of communication.Coordinate communication and priorities of all members of the project team.Provide direction as needed to project team members and ensure follow through on deliverables.Initiate and maintain relationships with internal colleagues to ensure proper resources are available to execute project appropriately.Track project progress and provide status updates.Manage key stakeholder communication and escalate for significant concerns and issues related to current projects.Work collaboratively with the Manager in designing practices and tools to be used by the department.Serve as mentor to other peers in the Project Management Office (PMO).Assist in the development and implementation of contingency plans.Collaborate with external clients and build strong relationships of trust/commitment.Recognize and suggest potential system and process enhancements.What qualifications do YOU need to have to be GOOD candidate? Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or other related years of industry experience7-10 years in project management for Senior Project Manager level3-5 years in project management for Project Manager levelAbility to use remote meeting tools (GoToMeeting, Microsoft Teams, other client tools ex: Zoom, Ring Central, WebEx).Ability to use Screen Sharing skills that facilitates collaboration, client anonymity, and PHI security.Must have remote meeting facilitation skills that focus on engagement and inclusion of all team members.Ability to plan for contingencies and anticipate problems.Ability to effectively listen and respond to customers' needs (both internal and external).Ability to independently lead an on-site external client meeting in a professional manner representing SKYGEN USA.Ability to effectively convey and receive ideas, information, and directions.Ability to build and maintain work relationships and contacts needed to effectively address issues and obstacles.Ability to display strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to remain organized despite multiple interruptions.Ability to solve complex problems/issues with root cause analysis.Ability to manage through ambiguity.Ability to negotiate.Work independently in a fast paced environment.What qualifications do YOU need to have to be a GREAT candidate? Experience in healthcare, dental, vision and/or software industry highly preferredExperience with managing external client relationshipsExperience with leading on site client meetings to gather requirementsExperience with software implementationsKnowledge of commonly used project management tools (Microsoft Project, Excel, Microsoft Teams, OneNote)Experienced with Visio to flow out any processes as necessaryPMI CertificationSCRUMWhat are other important things that YOU need to know?Remote now or remote always: Although this position can be worked remotely for the time being, ideally looking for someone that can be in the office at least 3 days per week.
