DescriptionThe Weekend Dispatchers primary responsibility is to be the main form of communication for all employee attendance matters. Their duties are to answer phones, fill open posts, dispatch both employees and supervisors to open posts, and any other duties assigned by management.Job Duties* Answering employee calls and filing open posts with both supervisors and staff* Operating WinTeam by adjusting hours and verifying clock ins* Delegating assignments to supervisors on duty* Documenting attendance* Other duties may be required or assigned by managementJob Requirements/ Qualifications* Must be able to work every Saturday and Sunday from 8am - 430pm* Must be able to communicate in a polite and professional manner* Must know how to operate a computer* Ability to maintain exceptional attendance and punctuality* Must understand and comply with all client rules and regulations* Must have reliable transportation* Remote work availableWho we areEstablished in 1971, Security Personnel Inc.
