Golf Course Maintenance Worker, Blackwolf Run & Whistling StraitsLocation: Kohler, WIOpportunityJoin our first-class golf operations and maintenance team, where you'll work on some of the world's most admired golf courses, complete with championship-worthy landscape and the pure excitement of the game.Specific responsibilities include:* Maintaining putting and tee surfaces - Hand mowing, ball mark repair, topdressing, rotating placement markers, aerification* Maintaining fairway surfaces - Divots and general area clean up, hand-trimming drain tiles, yardage plates and sprinkler heads* Maintaining manicured roughs, bunker areas, & cart paths - String trimming, fly mowing, hand sweeping/blowing* General maintenance & labor - shoveling, raking, sweeping, painting, equipment cleaning* Power equipment requirements - Hand-mowers, reel and rotary type, walking top dressers and aerifiers, string-trimmer, bunker rake (sand pro), hand and walking blowers, light and medium duty utility vehiclesWe are looking for full season applicants only (those who have availability to work, April - October). Shifts are primarily 5:00am - 2:00pm, weekdays & weekends.Skills/Requirements* Ability to work in all weather conditions.* Physical strength and stamina to perform specified duties; e.g. bending, stooping, kneeling, walking, etc., for extended periods of time.* Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and have the ability to use hand and power tools as necessary.Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.Why Work at Kohler Co.?Kohler Co.'s mission is to contribute to a higher level of gracious living for those who are touched by our products and services.
