Job Description

NOW HIRING GREAT COACHES AND EARLY EDUCATORS

Who We Are

We are an engaging childrens soccer program (ages 2-8) with a focus on character development. Though we are growing, we are still a family business at heart. We treat our employees like a team and we coach the children like our own. We are dedicated to providing high-quality, foundational soccer training that prepares children for a lifetime of soccer year round. Soccer Shots is looking for candidates willing to work at our partner sites across Lake County including (but not limited to) Highland Park, Deerfield, Lake Forest, Libertyville, Mundelein, Vernon Hills, Grayslake, Gurnee, Barrington and Buffalo Grove.

Who You Are

Soccer Shots Coaches must love children. They should have reliable transportation and a valid Drivers License, coaching or childhood education experience, and must be at least 18 years of age. A soccer background is preferred. In addition, a successful candidate must pass an Illinois & FBI fingerprint Background Check and undergo a medical exam in accordance with DCFS standards. Having these clearances current can expedite the hiring process!

Compensation

Our outstanding coaches start at a minimum of $15/session, with an opportunity to increase. Sessions last from 30 to 45 minutes in length and coaches may be assigned between 3 and 25 sessions per week based on qualifications and availability. Training begins immediately. You will be paid $12 per session during training where you'll get to observe and learn from our fantastic team! We operate four 6-10 week seasons per year, so there is some time off between seasons. We provide you with lesson plans, uniforms and all equipment necessary.

Hours are flexible in an outstanding work environment with professional growth and the opportunity to be a hero to children!
