Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a remote Data Analytics Analyst/Business Lead in Milwaukee, WI. Responsibilities:- Analytics expertise
- Managing internal customers, building relationships
- Working closely with vendors
- Understand why attrition is happening
- Identify characteristics/ trends in attrition and help to define solutions
Job Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have advanced analytics skills
- Someone who understands how to measure attrition
- Heavy data engagement skills
- Someone who's worked on complex matrix project
- Service type metrics in big companies on a global level would be a huge plus
- Need someone who can interact with senior leaders across the globe
- Someone who is able to dig and be insightful enough to gather all the info needed.
- Must understand business processes
- Must also have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Vendor Management
- Business Lead experience
- Internal customer management experience
- RPA/AI experience would be a plus
