Perform other duties as assigned. We provide step-by-step training for our new technicians to ensure he/she is comfortable with the process before going out in the field.AMR stands for: Automatic Meter Reader - this is the product that our Installers work with. Installers visit a meter to inspect, and sometimes replace the AMR Module.ERT stands for: Encoder Receiver Transmitter - this is the product that our Meter Readers work with. Meter Readers collect their information just by locating their vehicle in the vicinity of the ERT Meter(s) that need to be read.Requirements: This position requires a Valid Driver's License, current auto insurance; the ability carry up to 20 lbs of equipment daily; comfortable working in an outdoor environment; comfortable using computers/technology; possess excellent customer service/communication skills.Work Conditions & Physical Requirements:Work is performed outdoors, and the individual in this position is subject to variable weather conditions that include inclement weather, rain, extreme heat and humidity, ice and snow.
