McMahon and Company a family owned and operated Wholesale Millwork Distributor is Southeastern Wisconsin is currently looking to hire Full Time Interior and exterior Door Shop Assemblers. McMahon and company is growing and we have opportunities in all of our areas. we are looking for long term team members
McMahon and Company has been in business since 1996 and has a reputation of providing quality products on time and accurately. We are looking for team members to join our staff.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to
* Reading and understanding daily work orders and identifying materials needed
* Preparing components for assembly for the door assemblers
* Assembling the doors using parts prepared for the order
* Operating tools/machinery necessary to assemble doors
* Maintain a clean safe work environment
* Perform routine maintenance on all machines and tools
* Be willing to learn all areas in the production process
* Able to work overtime when necessary
* Able to have regular attendance and be punctual
Tools used but not limited to
Miter saw, table saw, radial arm saw, CNC machinery, miscellaneous pneumatic fastening tools, screw guns, and multiple stages of a door assembly machine.
Qualifications
* Able to lift/maneuver 75-100lbs by yourself
* Able to read and write English so that work orders and shipping paperwork can be followed
* Ability to reason and problem solve
* Able to work in a team environment
* Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
All education levels will be considered
No experience required - knowledge of carpentry or general residential construction a plus. Must be dependable and willing to learn and work.
