The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a valued partner supporting our talent acquisition team including interview coordination, full cycle recruitment, campus recruitment, as well as unique and creative projects centered around creating an amazing candidate and employee experience. YOUR IMPACT //

  • You will participate in ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process for all candidates and referrals.
  • You will manage multiple complex calendars and coordinate in person and virtual candidate interviews during all stages of the recruitment process.
  • You will update and manage interview guides, collect interview feedback forms and provide candidate in person office tours.
  • You will assist with full life cycle recruiting for entry-level positions to obtain the best and brightest talent for GMR.
  • You will attend and coordinate on campus recruitment efforts which includes attending career fairs and other campus recruitment efforts.
  • You will take ownership of the employee referral program and manage full cycle.
  • You will pay close attention to details to ensure accurate data entry in the ATS (applicant tracking system) for all candidates and hires within the recruitment process.
  • You will take pride in providing next level customer service to internal partners and external applicants.
  • You will take ownership over the creation and management of weekly recruitment reporting efforts.
  • You will provide day-to-day administrative support to the talent acquisition and greater HR team.
  • You will help coordinate campus trainee recruitment and attend on-campus career fairs in order to recruit top talent for the program and agency.
  • You will bring forward innovative ideas and suggest process improvements and efficiencies to keep the department running smoothly.
  • You will assist with planning and executing company and department wide social, networking, campus and business-related events.

YOUR EXPERIENCE //

  • Internship or professional HR experience required.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent HR experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees at all levels.
  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to handle and resolve confidential and sensitive issues.
  • Knowledge of general Human Resource practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage key tasks of role.
  • Desire to go above and beyond in the workplace to better yourself and the team as a whole.
  • Maintaining accuracy in detail-oriented processes.
  • Prior experience with iCIMS is preferred by not required.
  • Above average computer skills, including Word, Excel, Access, and experience in HR systems.
