Description Position at Lincoln Industries of Wisconsin Job Title: Integration EngineerJob Code: INTENG001SUMMARY: The Engineer position is responsible for the process development and the integration of products into Lincoln Industries production systems. The position is responsible to manage projects and teams to achieve rapid transition to production. This includes project planning, 3D modeling, engineering analysis, managing prototypes, sampling, process and tooling development, work instruction creation, operations support, technical management of suppliers, and conducting initial factory runs. The individual will also be responsible for completing technical documentation for production release including Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) submittals to customers. This position works closely with our Business Development, Operations, Materials Management, Quality, and Supply Management groups, and involves customer interaction. Manufacturing operations technical support.Root cause identification and technical problem solving. Management of suppliers for samples, tooling, builds, and services.Technical project planning and management.Leading teams to deliver results across multiple, concurrent projects. Achieving results on time and budget while ensuring Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Great Place to Work.Building and fostering positive working relationships with all internal and external customers. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be substituted for the expected levels of education and experience required.Education and Experience:Preferred: Four year engineering degree or five years experience with product and process development. Prior experience working with Solidworks and or ProE. Knowledge of GDCommunication Skills:Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language.Team leadership / coordination.Excellent verbal and written communication.Other Skills:Use of MS Office Suite.Use of hand tools.
