Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's south side of Milwaukee, WI client is looking to add a Sales Administrative Coordinator to their organization on a temp to hire basis. Summary: In this role you will act as a day-to-day coordinator of sales and marketing activities working with external sales broker team. You will work closely with Finance and Customer Service teams on customer activities to ensure excellent service. Our client is looking for a sharp, go getter attitude who is willing to step in within the sales, finance and customer service teams and help out where needed. In this role you will be checking all sales orders for accuracy and process in a timely and accurate manner. Duties:
  • Track sales orders to ensure that they are shipped as requested
  • Respond to customer phone calls and collaborate with Customer Service team as needed along with assisting in developing and issuing standard sales reports to management team


Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma/GED
  • Minimum of 10 years of work related or combination of work and post-secondary schooling required
  • Strong communicator
