AmeriPro Roofing-Estimating Consultant

AmeriPro Roofing is currently seeking an individual to work in a fast paced office environment, with the abilities to multi-task, and utilize technical thinking to join our Estimating Department, in an entry level position. This individual must come equipped with the skillset of having a strong attention to detail and the willingness to learn.

AmeriPro Roofing is one of the nation's largest residential home restoration contractors, and comes equipped with a gold standard training program in an effort to bring individuals up to speed in an expedited fashion!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Efficient with basic mathematical equations and numbers
• Microsoft Office knowledge including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Share Point
• Roofing, Siding, and Gutter knowledge is a plus, but not required
• Experience with Google Earth and other forms of aerial imagery mapping is a plus, but not required

DUTIES

• Play a crucial role in acting as a Sales & Customer Service Support Team
• Utilize in-house tools, including Google Earth Aerial Imagery to effectively measure residential structures, in combination with a pricing calculator to provide necessary contract pricing to our Sales Team for roofing, siding, and gutter projects
• Facilitate mandatory reviews of homeowner contracts in comparison with trade estimation forms to ensure 100% accuracy
• Analyze aerial imagery reports in conjunction with construction required documentation, that will be provided to you, to order the proper amount of materials needed to complete our jobs
• Must be able to work varying shifts throughout the week, which would be either 7:30AM-4:00PM or 8:30AM-5:00PM, depending on the volume and needs of the company
