The Voluntary Relocation Program (VRP) is a negotiated process which affords current Bargaining Unit employees the opportunity to relocate to a Post of Duty (POD) to a position that is the same as their home position of record, same grade, series and PD. There is no promotion potential under the Voluntary Relocation Program. Applicants will ONLY be referred for locations which they wish to be considered.
