WHAT TO EXPECT

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in Minnesota or a surrounding area you will be working remotely on with our engineering customers in the field and helping design products that fit into their applications!

• You'll be working with the Industrial Product Application Engineering team and reporting to the Director of Application Engineering.
• This is an exciting opportunity for you because you will be working with customers on a variety of product applications like ATV's, sports cars, washing machines, and the list goes on!
• You will help troubleshoot issues that arise with customer products and help design and recommend solutions using Gates products.
• Your work days vary, from being hands-on out in the field working on products with our customers to spending time in the office working on new product applications and solutions.
