The Human Resources Director will strategize, implement, and lead in efforts to build a sustained, employee-oriented, and hard-working organization that will support a rapidly growing and evolving global business. AS A HR DIRECTOR , YOU WILL: Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention. Plan, lead, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, trainings, initiatives, and surveys to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs. Design and drive the vital strategy to attract and hire high potential through community outreach and collaboration with local universities and trade schools. Lead in celebrating diversity, and encourage individuals to contribute by teaching the importance of inclusivity and empowerment. Coordinate or lead all aspects of the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; efficiency, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development. Develop and implement departmental budget. Facilitate professional development, training, and certification activities for HR staff. Willingly step up as the need arises.
