Please submit two writing samples along with your resume in order to be considered.Job SummaryAs a Corporate Relations Manager you will help develop and implement strategic communications programs, including media relations, crisis management, inclusive stakeholder management and internal communications strategies that enhance the company's reputation with all stakeholders.You will be an inquisitive storyteller, with experience of working with senior executives and cross-functional teams. An integral part of this role will be the ability to write for senior leaders across multiple channels - strong writing experience is essential.You will have demonstrable planning skills and will own the building of a corporate relations strategic plan for the year. You'll manage that plan, using the necessary communications tools and advising on how to improve it.The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and in a high performing team. You will have demonstrable experience of executive communications, corporate and financial communications and a working knowledge of the business media environmentJob Responsibilities* Corporate Relations: H-D as a winning company, brand and investment* Develop and deliver proactive communications plans to support the strategic goals for the business* Work closely with Marketing and Investor Relations to deliver seamless and integrated communications* Ability to work with external advisors to drive communications consistency* Support, where necessary, crisis communications - working with senior leadership to manage response and strategy* Understanding of metrics and reporting in a corporate communications context, having the ability to prepare reports for leadership and utilizing data to make communications recommendations* Develop channel-specific programs for c-suite leaders making use of digital and video assets (internal/external as appropriate).Education RequirementsBachelor's Degree RequiredEducation Specifications* A Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Journalism or a related field is required.
