Our client in Menomonee Falls is seeking a Budget and Revenue Analyst on a temp-to-hire basis. This individual will likely have 3 years of experience in financial analysis and will feel comfortable working in Excel and Great Plains. They will also be detail have strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and modify budget templates
• Conduct financial analysis of student populations, revenue drivers, programs, locations, etc.
• Prepare yearly and periodic accreditation reports for external regulators
• Maintain and refine month-end close procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required
• 3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting cycle and process, and revenue analysis
• Account software experience; preferably Great Plains
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with a focus on Excel
• Must have great written and verbal communication skills
