Pay Range: $13.50/hr - $15.50/hr

Responsibilities:

As a DSP in one of our Jefferson programs, you will plan and teach recreational activities as well as activities of daily living, provide personal cares, and support community integration for adults with developmental disabilities. In this role you will perform other duties such as transporting clients locally (Jefferson/Fort Atkinson and surrounding area), completing and maintaining accurate reports, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Don't have any DSP, Caregiver, or CBRF related experience? We provide all the paid classroom and on the job training needed.

After completing our training program you will be a CBRF certified DSP!

Responsibilities:

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in the Brookfield Residential & Vocational Programs, you will plan and teach recreational activities as well as activities of daily living, provide personal cares, and support community integration for adults with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will perform other duties such as transporting clients, completing and maintaining accurate reports, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Your ability to make sound decisions while handling challenging situations will be critical to your success.

Don't have any DSP, Caregiver, or CBRF related experience? We provide all the paid classroom and on the job training needed.

After completing our training program you will be a CBRF certified DSP!

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License with Responsible Driving Record
• Willingness to submit to a WI Caregiver Background Check
• Available to Attend Paid Training in Jefferson, WI (During Weekdays Between 8am & 5pm)
• Ability to Maintain Confidentiality
• A Desire to Assist Individuals with Developmental Disabilities and Other Challenges in their Personal Growth
