BLACK SHOE HOSPITALITY SOUS CHEF
BLACK SHOE HOSPITALITY is looking for a quality individual that would be excited to join our BOH management team.
Candidates must be able to lead the kitchen staff in a positive environment, have a great work ethic and be dedicated in offering our guests great food and service. Must be inspired by current and past food trends and willing to work with our current culinary team to inspire and grow.

MAXIE’S, Southern inspired restaurant including Low Country cooking of the Carolina’s and Creole & Cajun cooking of Louisiana. Opens at 4PM daily. Closed Tuesdays.

- At least 3 years’ experience in kitchen management
- Ordering, cost/inventory control and menu development
- Technology proficient
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
RESPONSIBILITES :
- Train, lead and mentor the BOH team
- Menu planning
- Budget and control of food and labor costs
- Work with FOH management to build continuity within FOH & BOH teams
- Innovative thinker with consideration of restaurant growth
