Job Description
Materials Scheduler Location: Kohler, WIOpportunityAs the Materials Scheduler for Kohler Power Systems (KPS) you will develop, maintain, analyze and coordinate the Production Schedule for multiple production areas. Develop an in-depth understanding of both component and assembly processes and the planning that goes into them. The Materials Scheduler is responsible for all production scheduling activities which may include releasing, sequencing, and updating production orders. Communicating part shortages, ordering material from other stock locations, and working closely with internal customers to drive adherence to the schedule will also be the responsibility of the Materials Scheduler.RESPONSIBILITIESCreate production schedules to support customer service. Manage production orders from start to finish. Coordinate production changes with Materials, Purchasing, and Manufacturing. Work closely with internal associates to coordinate and execute production. Maintain and control SAP master data for Production Scheduling functions.Skills/RequirementsTwo-year associate degree in business or related field is preferred. Bachelor's degree in business or related field desired.
