Job Description
Location: Lowell - Massachusetts - USAFunction: Software & Product DevelopmentRef #: 20210017446 Apply > Description * Works with PM to understand product requirements, epics and sub-epics * Works under the direction of PM to define product requirements * Translates business requirements, epics and sub-epics into stories * Attends with PM stand-ups and sprint reviews * Creates detailed use cases workflows * Works with PM & architects to finalize feature designs * Works with engineering teams to ensure teams have information needed during sprints and grooming sessions * Represents PM in stand-ups, grooming sessions and sprint reviews * Participate in business requirements sessions with existing customers to identify the relationship of business needs to product features * Partner with product managers to understand the application usage patterns * Work directly with engineering to groom user stories for use in Agile development * Advise QA engineers to create usage scenarios for test * Acts as the primary product "go to" person for the scrum team * Accepts scrum team deliverables at the end of each sprint * Support product documentation Qualifications * Minimum 5-8+ years of experience * Excellent organization and documentation abilities * A natural ability to understand and interpret non-technical customer requirements into very technical engineering specifications * A natural behavior of inquisition and ability to identify and eliminate requirements ambiguity * Excellent problem-solving techniques * Knowledge of system synthesis, analysis, and verification techniques * Excellent communication skills and a desire to work with people * The ability to work on simultaneous projects and deal with multiple competing priorities * Working knowledge of requirements management * General competency in engineering disciplines (software engineering, Quality Assurance, Domain expertise) is preferred * Background in engineering, quality assurance, and/or systems analysis * Knowledge of project management processes and tools is preferred Corporate overview Here at UKG, Our Purpose Is People.
