Description
The Security Field Supervisor oversees all Uniform Security Guards on their shift, provides on-site training, and fills empty posts as needed. This critical role ensures that employees understand their duties and delegated tasks, monitors employee productivity, and provides constructive feedback and coaching when needed.
Job Duties
* Performs all duties of Uniform Security Guards and Supervisors as needed
* Inspects and evaluates Uniform Security Guards for alertness, appearance, and proper performance while on duty
* Assist the Scheduling Manager with the filling of open shifts, by responding immediately and making phone calls to cover the openings as needed
* Conduct daily visits to all assigned locations
* Assist as needed with complaints from clients and/or client's customers
* Always represents the company in a professional manner
* Assist with investigations of accidents, thefts, property losses, or other activities as directed by management, and writing reports as needed
* Cover open posts as needed
* Communicate company policies and procedures to all shift personnel
* Operate company or personal vehicle both professionally and lawfully while on duty
* Ensure Uniform Security Guards provide high quality services to clients and customers
Job Requirements/ Qualifications
* Must have a valid and insurable State of Wisconsin driver's license
* Experience in a supervisory or managerial role with significant employee relations experience
* Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
* Second shift required
* Clear criminal background and able to qualify for a Wisconsin Security License
* Previous experience in the security industry preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in using a tablet and/ or smart phone
* Ability to maintain exceptional attendance and punctuality
