What you'll doRequired Qualifications: + 10+ years experience working hands on leading full lifecycle implementations in SAP SuccessFactors, with the most recent experience in SuccessFactors + 10+ years leading large complex implementation projects, including managing teams, ensuring quality service and deliverables, and managing project risk + Strong experience in leads sales pursuits, including creating quality proposals and leading the presentations to clients + Experience leading and mentoring junior staff, whether on or project or as a career coach + Ability to build and manage long-term client relationships + Consulting firm, preferrably a Big 4, experience required + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. + Travel up to 50% (While 50% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.) Preferred Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline + Experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing).
