ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; other duties may be assigned:Must follow and meet Key Performance Expectations (KPEs) for this roleSupports and implements new and existing policies and proceduresIdentify and communicate issues and assist with resolutionsFollows best-practice project planning and status reporting standards per established frameworksMinimize errors and inefficienciesPrepare project and program statistics and reportsReview and resolution of correspondence and sensitive documentsManage communications plans including email, newsletters, and presentationsManage task lists and action plans including following up with key stakeholders and project participantsAssist with user acceptance testing and implementation trainingAll other responsibilities as assignedQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSPrevious business and project experienceProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePointStrong organizational and time management skillsStrong written and oral communication skillsAbility to handle and prioritize multiple tasksAble to work extended hours on occasionPositive and professional attitudeTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
