DescriptionWhy We Need You:Our business is built on having the right people. As a Talent Recruiting Intern, you will support the Talent Recruiting Team and the ongoing growth of the company by helping to seek out the right people and get them on board. On a daily basis, our Talent Recruiting team sources, calls, generates interest, arranges interviews, plans and runs events, and facilitates the entire recruiting process. Success in recruiting is instrumental to our success as a company.What You Will Do:For the first few weeks you will be learning about Zywave, our story, our products, our vision, the art of recruiting, recruiting tools, and our process. Once you're up and running, you will work closely with our Talent Sourcing Specialist and Talent Recruiters to complete projects, conduct market research, and set our team up for success! Meanwhile, we'll help you get what you want out of your internship - job shadowing, cross departmental work, corporate experience, even interview practice. What does this actually mean?Participation in Zywave "Boot Camp" - to give you a taste of what we doPartner with team members to carry out research on the candidate market, execute targeted strategies, and work towards reaching our goalsUse tools like our ATS, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, etc. to target and identify talentAttend various networking, sourcing, and interview events to build our employer brand and pipelinesSupport events and projects based on company initiatives and goalsData entry and reporting (it isn't glamorous, but it's part of the job) to continue building our database and track our success (using Excel as well as our ATS reporting system)You Should Have:A Bachelor's degree in processA strong interest in Recruiting or Sales (or both!)Incredible attention to detail, solid planning and organization skills, and an ability to prioritize Strong need for achievement and a track record of successSolid business acumenWhy Intern at Zywave?Great culture, awesome people, growing company, passionate employees, industry-leading technology, trainings, professional development, innovation contests, shadowing opportunities, career advising, mentorship program, free coffee and soda, and an amazing team of recruiters!
