In addition, Monarch operates a nationally franchised hotel and a ski and snowboard resort.Benefits for full time employees:- New Lease Commissions - Two Weeks Paid Time Off- Tuition Reimbursement- Holiday Paid Time Off- Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance- Life and Disability Insurance- Housing Discounts Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:- Greets, assists, and attempts to lease apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community- Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments are acceptable for showing- Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property- Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required- Maintains all resident files both physical and digital in YARDI- Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book.- Utilizes required telephone etiquette and techniques.- Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach- Assists Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program- Performs additional functions from time to time as requested by the Property ManagerKnowledge, Skills ,and Experience Required:- Minimum of 6 months experience in multifamily housing, sales or customer service field- Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software- Have good verbal and written communication- Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents.- Must be an organized self-starter- Must be professional in appearance and demeanor Equal Opportunity Employer
