Job Description
We are offering a **Direct Hire** opportunity for a **3rd shift Robotic Weld Operator II** at **KONDEX** , a successful and established company who manufactures sickles, blades and knives supplying agriculture, lawn and turf and construction fields in **Lomira, WI.**

Pay commensurate with experience and education
**_What you will be doing:_**
Load and unload parts on the robotic weld machine while achieving expected rates.
Reading prints and routings.
Performing basic inspections using hand-held measuring devices and visually inspect.
Follow established machine settings and parameters.
Learn set-ups and program editing by assisting Operator I.
Performing 5S activities, not including preventative maintenance on equipment.
**_What is required to be successful:_**
High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions, prints, and inspection criteria.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Basic familiarity with robotics and manual welding is preferred.
