Summary: Lynch's Commercial Auto Body shop is looking for an experienced Auto Body Painter, this position may also assist as an auto body technician. Our single rate is only $12.50/month and the family rate is only $66.50/per month.Our 401K has a company match of $0.30 cents on the dollar up to 5%, plus a fiscal year end discretionary match that in 2020 was an additional 1.5%. Perform minor body work and repairsMix paint according to specificationsSand and Prep panels for priming and painting.Finish mask panels and trim for paint applicationsAssemble and disassemble vehicles in preparation for repair and painting.Apply paint in prescribed manner utilizing provided painting equipment.Assure maintenance and cleaning of painting equipment and booth are completed.Inspect painted unit for quality of painting, including runs, streaks, sags, and unpainted areasPerform other related body shop operations on heavy duty trucks as neededOther Duties as assigned.Qualifications:Valid drivers licenseCandidates must be 18Excellent attention to detailAbility to use hand and power toolsMotivated self-starter with a strong work ethicMust have the ability to multi-task in fast paced environmentsMust be dedicated to arriving on time with a positive attitude
