This is a long-term virtual W2 contract position that will support CST and EST time zone. What you need: * 3 years' experience recruiting best-in-market technical talent for an information services client * Passion and experience recruiting for Ops Engineers, Software Engineer, Quality Assurance Analyst, Scrum Master, UX Designer, etc. * Experience with strategic sourcing? * Experience working directly with Hiring Managers and managing full life cycle recruitment processes to?include?sourcing, screening, behavioral based interviewing, offer negotiations, etc.? * Strong time management and attention to detail?
