Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for professional and factory positions. Demonstrating the company mission statement of Outperform Every Day, this person will support the goal of establishing the human capital of the organization as a critical component in accomplishing business goals. Coordinate and Execute the recruiting initiatives of the organization.ResponsibilitiesWork with management to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills.Source passive candidates through social media and job sites.Perform interviews and assess candidates.Manage our Applicant Tracking System (UKG)Provide counsel and expert opinion on candidates interviewed.Execute and improve upon recruitment programs to fill job openings.Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.Create and maintain relationships with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates.Coordinate communication with applicants.Administer and coordinate assessmentsPerform reference checks on applicants.Arrange travel and lodging for out of town applicants.Utilize the internet and social media to attract potential job applicants.Work with the hiring manager and the Human Resource team to coordinate employee start date and orientation.Coordinate and attend University career fairs.Help maintain and grow college co-op program.Be a resource for co-ops and interns.Communicate with all levels of the organization.Qualifications1-3 years of Full-cycle recruitmentBachelor's degree in business or other related fieldPHR or SHRM Certification a plusStrong project management and organizational skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Desire and ability to improve and implement processes.Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to drive for results.Desire to learn the business and its needs.Strong Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Social Media)1+ years of experience in the area of recruiting professional staff.Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organizationExperience with LinkedIn and other social mediaStrong HR competenciesProven ability to gain alignment and work collaboratively and effectively across multiple stakeholders and geographiesExperience assessing qualitative & quantitative information and identifying key insightsExperience with Applicant Tracking SystemsCompany Culture RequirementsTreat all people with Respect - People matter.
