Responsible for building software to be used throughout the organization including the front-end and back-end architecture, development, and maintenance of client-server applications and SQL-based jobs and packages. JOB DUTIES: Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization in all phases of the development process including requirements development, design, development, testing, deployment and support of software Build and design the front-end of from layout to function to meet our organizational business needs while striving to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications which include development of reusable code and libraries Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software Design, build, test and maintain data packages that feed business systems and applications Write technical documentation Analyze software and code for best practices and improvements Other duties including taking a system maintenance role inside ERP & other core business systems. EDUCATION / SKILLS REQUIRED: Minimum of an Associate's Degree, preferred, in a relevant discipline Two or more years of experience as a full stack developer Knowledge of good software design and architecture SQL or similar database experience Great attention to detail and organizational skills Functional experience in establishing and maintaining appropriate security and standard business development methodologies. A focus on quality of development, adherence to standards and developing supportable code. Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques Ability to manage multiple projects, support and other tasks within constraints of timelines, budgets and regulatory requirements Ability to listen, formulate and implement problem resolution strategies and recommendations Strong interpersonal and communication skills, which must include the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Willingness to find new solutions and methodologies to meet challenges within the business environment
