Shift: 1st shift flexible between 7:30 to 5 pm

Summary:
Responsible for initiation of all learning programs within the LMS system. Collaborates with clients and OL & D team to ensure course descriptions and learning objectives are designed to meet the organizational needs. The key interface and liaison for all communication regarding education offerings publishing schedules in the LMS intranet and other communication tools. This position is the key resource for support and administration of the LMS. This person will serve as a liaison to clients in teaching and assisting with any tools that aid in the registration and scheduling process. This position may provide instruction regarding the LMS system as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

Minimum of 3 years experience in Customer Service data entry and review and online in-person or virtual technical support is required.
Experience with Learning Management systems is preferred.
Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
High school diploma required.
Bachelor degree in Information Technology Business Communications Education or a related field is preferred.
