*1.0 FTE is Full-Time any position less than 1.0 FTE is Part-Time and .001 FTE is Optional Part-Time*

*Positions with an "FTE" (full time equivalency) of .8 - 1.0 are eligible for full-time medical dental and vision benefits. Positions with an "FTE" of .5 - .799 are eligible for part-time pro-rated medical dental and vision benefits*

Shift: 1

Adult Inpatient Rehab and/or Acute Care experience required. EPIC experience preferred. Opportunity to work in IPR neuro populations including CVA TBI and SCI. Inpatient and outpatient coverage opportunities available.
Weekday and Weekend shifts available.
Minimum Requirements:
* Tier 2: 8 weekend shifts per trimester (4 month period). One holiday one holiday weekend and 1 high need day per year.
* Tier 3: 4 weekend shifts per month. One holiday one holiday weekend and 1 high need day per year.

Summary:
Provides comprehensive physical therapy services to the patient by assessing planning implementing and documenting patient care and treatment programs.

Participates in varied department activities designed to enhance patient care and programs within Rehabilitation Services.

Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:
Relevant inpatient/outpatient experience is preferred.

Bachelors Masters or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required.

WI state license as a Physical Therapist is required.

American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days.
