Description
Digital Health and Analytics -Intern (Equity, Diversity and Inclusion) Assesses the Data Science Rotation Program (DSRP) elements -associate journey, rotation experience, and learning outcomes and provides recommendations for how to improve them. The duties and responsibilities of the Intern include: Creating and implementing data management collection techniques to support Equity, Diversity, and Inclusions goals and strategy; Analyzing data to determine ways to optimize the associate experience while maintaining learning and development excellence; Identifying program needs based on data collected and analyzed; Participating in strategic planning meetings; Documenting changes; Performing data validation and implementing quality control measures to ensure the continued success of programs; Create and present reports to executive team members and stakeholders to support recommendations.

Digital Health and Analytics -Intern (Equity, Diversity and Inclusion) uses strong problem-solving and analytical skills to help DHA improve Data Science and Advanced Analytics job reskilling programs. A successful Intern for the DSRP should have the following skills and qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
Preferred Qualifications
Have a strong academic history, with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA being desired
Possess an interest in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Strategy
Curiosity about data and digital transformation
Independent thinker
