The Demand Planner's role will be to develop a demand plan for the company that brings together strategic and tactical plans, driving the Sales & Operations Planning process at the specified product and customer levels. Working with senior level managers from sales, marketing, product management, engineering, operations, and our external customers to create, maintain, and communicate a statement of demand for our goods and services for specified products and customers. The Demand Planner will implement demand management best practice to satisfy customer delivery requirements, maintain high customer service levels, and performs all duties to support the Sales and Operations Planning objectives to achieve operational excellence. Additionally the Demand Planner will lead S demand planning review meetings as well as Product Planning/Product transition meetings. The Demand Planner will also play a vital role in assisting the Demand Planning Manager in developing, managing, implementing and continually improving IBP to improve the functionality and automation. The ideal candidate will have hold a Bachelor's degree in business, statistics or supply chain management and have a minimum of 3 years of forecasting, demand planning or other supply chain related planning. Additionally we are looking for someone who has practical experience using SAP-IBP or APO (DP), Demand Solutions (FM), or similar forecasting software and experience working with various business operations dealing with multiple sales channels and market segments, understanding all elements of customer's demand.
