Shift: Shift 4
18-24 hours per week. 4:00pm-10:00pm or 08:00am-2:00pm based on department need. Weekend rotation required. No holidays. Hours may vary based on the operational
Summary:
Performs basic respiratory care duties as directed by the medical staff and in accordance with the hospital's objectives policies and procedures. The individual will have a preceptor identified prior to the start of each rotation for supervision of duties. Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE:
Successful completion of all first year clinical rotations for respiratory therapy program is required. Must be and remain in good standing within the respiratory therapy program.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
Clinical experience in hospital home care or skilled nursing facility is preferred. Member of the American Association for Respiratory Care/state Society for Respiratory Care is preferred.
EDUCATION :
High School diploma or equivalent is required. Currently enrolled in an entry or advanced level accredited Respiratory Therapy Education program is required.
LICENSURE :
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
