AmeriPro Roofing Inspection Coordinator

AmeriPro Roofing is looking for Inspection coordinators join the Marketing team. As an inspection coordinator, you will be calling homeowners affected by recent storm activity in order to set appointments for a free exterior home inspection. This position will utilize a combination of warm leads as well as cold leads based on affected markets.If you are a passionate, self-motivated, hardworking individual who truly values the service you provide customers, we want to talk to you!

Day-To-Day:

• Make 150-200 outbound calls to homeowners (via automated dialing system)
• Set appointments for our outside sales team.
• Educate homeowners on the necessity of receiving an inspection at least once a year.
• Build rapport and trust with Homeowners (Under Promise and Over Deliver)
• Achieve daily and weekly quota of inspections.
• Use our in-house CRM to enter leads daily.
• Use digital phone system (Five9)
• Multi-tasking and organization
• Drive to individually compete, while still being a team player

Competitive Pay structure:

• $600-$800 per week Salary (based on experience)
• Bonuses ranging from $25-$750 weekly (based on exceeding weekly quota)

• Full-Time, W2 position in office or WORK FROM HOME
• Monday Through Friday 8:30 am- 5pm
• Eligible for Insurance benefits after 60 days
• Eligible for 3 sick days and up to 5 vacation days in first year after 90 days
• Smooth call process and learn as you go system.

Requirements:

• 18 years of age + with reliable transportation (if working in office)
• Reliable Internet connection, Laptop or Desktop computer, and USB Headset (if working from Home)
• 1 year experience in Telemarketing, Customer Service, Inside or outside sales
• Quick learning, energetic, passionate, positive, and self-motivated individuals
