FCX Performance is an Applied Industrial Technologies Company. EADS Distribution LLC, dba TSI Services is an FCX Performance subsidiary. We are a Process Flow Control company with an immediate opening for a full-time Team Lead for Heat Trace and Leak Detection.

This position would require travel at assigned job sites located throughout Georgia and the southeast. Must have a clear understanding of Heat Trace and Leak Detection install methods and OSHA requirements and will manage the work in a manner to exceed internal and external customer expectations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a "Safety First" mentality and attitude and incorporate into your everyday work ethic and routine.
• Knowledgeable and proficient with all applicable OSHA safe work practices.
• Able to motivate others and possess the needed leadership skills and techniques to direct and mentor various workers and crews.
• Proven ability to work autonomously on a given project.
• Five or more years of experience in industrial applications.
• Prior construction, maintenance, and troubleshooting experience in industrial facilities are necessary.
• Must be comfortable working at elevated heights and operating man lifts and aerial lifts.
• Some instrumentation knowledge is preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience as a job foreman is a plus.
• Since assignments are on client sites, candidates must be very client focused, committed to excellence, and generate high quality work.
• Ideal candidates will possess good communication skills, a strong safety focus, and the willingness to work in a wide variety of industrial environments.
• Candidates must be willing to work overtime, work holidays and weekends when required.
• Possess all basic hand tools.
• Be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. frequently.
